Donna provides leadership in the areas of Quality Assurance and Project Management for RMSOA.   The key to her success is centered in a unique ability to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.

Recent accomplishments include the Project Management of a roll-out and implementation to the existing Risk Management and Information System (RMIS) used by City of Chicago and O’Hare Airport. The roll-out incorporated the four pillars of a Safety Management System (SMS); Safety Objectives and policy; Safety Risk Management; Safety Assurance and Safety Promotion. Positioning O’Hare to be a forerunner in compliance for Part 139 of the Federal Department of Aviation (FAA).

Prior to joining the RMSOA team, Donna was the Manager of Quality Assurance with ORBITZ, LLC.  There she led all quality assurance activities through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).  This position was tasked with ensuring that quality standards and compliance were upheld during the testing phases. Her team consisted of 34 senior quality assurance analysts and they deployed an offshore/onshore rotation model. The business-related goal was to analyze, plan and execute all quality assurance methodologies, track all defects, and implement appropriate solutions.

At Orbitz, LLC that Donna was instrumental in the initial design, development, and launch of the original Orbitz website for the four major airlines American, United, Delta and Northwest.

Donna, received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from DePaul University Chicago, IL. Master of Healthcare Administration Walden University, Minneapolis, MN.
